A stairlift carries you up and down your own stairs on a padded seat that travels along a rail fixed to the steps. It lets you keep using every floor of your home without climbing. We carry Pilot stairlifts, made by Merits Health Products of Fort Myers, Florida, the company behind the Merits and Avid power chairs and scooters.
The Pilot Aviator E603 fits a straight staircase that runs from bottom to top with no turn or landing. It carries riders up to 350 lbs and can be installed on either side of the stairs.
The Pilot Navigator E604 is for stairs that turn a corner, pass a landing or wind in a spiral. Its rail is built to order from a photo survey of your staircase. It carries riders up to 265 lbs, or 350 lbs with the heavy duty option.
Every Pilot stairlift is installed in your home by a local installer approved by Pilot. Call us at 1-888-233-5563 before you order and we will go over your staircase, the options you need and the installation.
Stairlift prices depend on your staircase and the options you choose, so we quote each one by phone.
Pilot stairlifts are a final sale. Each one is ordered and fitted for your staircase, and the Navigator rail is built for your stairs alone, so we cannot take a stairlift back, refund it or exchange it because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if a lift arrives damaged, is defective, is the wrong item or is not as described, or your rights under the Merits warranty.
