The Roamate folds in one step to a compact 18.9 by 14.6 by 31.5 inch package that fits car trunks, closets and RV storage bays. At 37 lbs without the battery most adults can lift it on their own, and the removable battery travels separately to make the lift even lighter.

Enhance Mobility backs the Roamate with a limited warranty. The frame is covered for 2 years and the motors, battery and electronic components are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Normal wear items are not part of the warranty. That includes tires, plastic trim, the seat cushion and the backrest upholstery. Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or natural disasters is also excluded.

Changing modes takes seconds and needs no tools. Flip the backrest and seat into position and it goes from a rollator you walk behind to a wheelchair you ride in. Turn the control around for a caregiver and it becomes a power assisted transport chair. Most people are comfortable with all three changes after one practice run.
Up to 3.7 mph in wheelchair mode, steered with a joystick, and up to 1.9 mph in rollator mode. In rollator mode the drive assistance senses your pace and adds power to take the strain off pushing, and the device stops when you let go. The gentle top speed suits sidewalks, stores and indoor spaces.
It is designed for users from 5 ft 1 in to 6 ft 3 in tall and up to 242 lb. The handle adjusts from 32 to 38 in high for walking in rollator mode. Check both your height and weight against these limits before choosing.
It weighs 39.4 lb with the battery and 37 lb without. It folds in one step by releasing a latch, down to 18.9 x 14.6 x 31.5 in and free standing, which fits the trunk of most cars. Take the battery out first and most adults can lift the frame alone.
It was designed for travel. The removable 252 Wh, 25.2 volt lithium battery is under the 300 Wh federal limit for a mobility aid battery carried in the cabin, and the folded frame handles like luggage. Airlines and cruise lines each set their own policy, so confirm with your airline before you fly.
Up to 12.5 miles per charge, and a full charge takes about 3 hours. You can charge the battery on the device or lift it out and charge it indoors. Top it up after outings and store it charged. Cold weather shortens how far one charge takes you.
Dual 170W brushless motors climb inclines up to 10 degrees, and it can cross obstacles up to 1.2 in high, such as door thresholds and small lips. With 8 in front and 8.5 in rear wheels it is made for sidewalks, stores and indoor spaces. It is not built to climb anything taller than 1.2 in, so use curb cuts and ramps.
The box includes the Roamate in your choice of black, white or pink, the 252 Wh lithium battery, a charger with charging cable, and a user manual with quick start guide.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
